With DAMPA® Space, you get a flexible learning unit that makes it
possible to create ’rooms within the room’ whenever there is a need
for privacy, focus, or structure – whether in the classroom or the office.
The unit can easily be opened to form a quiet workstation, a
creative workshop, or a display surface, and closed again whenever
the room needs to be opened up.
In addition to creating ’rooms within the room’, the panels are
sound-absorbing both inside and out, improving acoustics on both
sides. Space is delivered in Acoustic Class A.
Space can be integrated into classrooms, offices, corridors, and
shared areas, where it contributes to a visually balanced
environment.
When the unit is open, it becomes a defined workspace with a desk
that supports focus and immersion. The back panel of Space can
come with a bulletin board that can be used as a pinboard.
When the unit is closed, DAMPA® Space appears as a calm surface
that blends with the rest of the room while optimising the acoustics.
DAMPA® Space has been developed in collaboration with Kjaer &
Richter A/S and Holmris B8.
