On a hillside just outside Aarhus in Jutland, meanwhile,
DAMPA ceilings also feature in the glass-fronted new headquarters of the fast-expanding fashion rainwear company
Rains, which locally-based SLETH architects designed.
Returning to Copenhagen, DAMPA ceilings were used in the
recent renovations by PLH Architects of Nykredit’s ’Krystallen’ headquarters, originally designed by Schmidt Hammer
Lassen.
DAMPA has also made those of Jyske Bank, who moved
into an adjacent building known as ’Glaskuben’, which originally had been built for Nykredit in 2001, also to a Schmidt
Hammer Lassen design. There, the existing ceiling suspension system was reused with new ceiling tiles fitted.
